About the client

Originally founded in Russia in 1867, Kusmi Tea is a French tea brand. Their headquarters are located in Paris and Kusmi Tea is currently leading the premium tea market in France. It is now sold in 80 point of sales all over the world and recently entered the Japanese market in 2017.

About the project

CREAM designed and built a Japan-centric e-commerce site on Shopify for French tea brand Kusmi Tea. We adapted Kusmi Tea’s core French e-commerce website, incorporating necessary functionalities and specificities for the Japanese market while keeping in line with the global website’s brand aesthetics. While CREAM already helped with the localization of Kusmi Tea’s first store in Japan on Magento back in 2018, this project and transition to Shopify marks one of the many Shopify projects that CREAM worked on in recent months.
